•The most up-to-date and most detailed information about the guided visits is available in the www.geoparkea.com website or at tourist information centres. Tickets can be obtained at any of the three tourist information centres or through the website.
• The duration of the visits is approximate, because this will depend on the characteristics of the group and the weather conditions.
• The visits may be altered or cancelled by the organisation owing to the sea conditions, the weather or for other reasons; notifications will be made through a phone call or SMS. So a telephone number must be provided when making a booking and the phone needs to be kept switched on. In the event of cancellation, two options will be offered: the booking can be changed for another visit in which places are available (by paying the difference or having it reimbursed), or 100% of the amount paid can be reimbursed. The amount will be reimbursed in the same way as the payment was made.
• A booking must be made for the visits if one wants to be sure of having a place because the number of places is limited.
• N.B.: In some cases the departure point may change depending on the day and/or timetable. The booking states the departure point but the user will be responsible for locating the place and getting there 10 minutes before departure time. Failure to do so will mean forfeiting the right to go on the guided visit.
• Any cancellation or change of booking must be made 48 hours in advance.
• The prices are inclusive of VAT.
